Because a respected neighbor was so positive about Alex Restoration and Masonry we selected your company over others. She was 100% correct. We are 100% satisfied. Your team (John and Paul) were knowledgeable, patient and very skilled. They were a different team than worked on our neighbor’s home. Another one of the Alex Restoration cherry pickers appeared for us and thereafter your company was sought after on many of our streets in the Murdoch Farms area of Squirrel Hill. John and Paul were all over our neighborhood. Most importantly they were extraordinarily efficient at what they did and thus the prices were more than reasonable. Actually, we ended up having to pay less than the proposed price because the job went much quicker and was less extensive than appeared in writing from a report. Because Malvern Avenue is such a nice community and John and Paul recognized it, if they saw that a neighbor’s chimney or masonry needed work they would tell one of us or the owner who would have the work accomplished immediately. Suffice it to say that all of our neighbors are very pleased with the work that was accomplished. One home has brick and stone going in every pattern and lack of pattern one can think and they meticulously re-pointed that house. They can create any color of mortar and make projects disappear before the eye. Their work does not glaringly stand out as an afterthought. It looks as if it always was there. John and Paul were thorough, neat, and efficient. There were no delays. They came when they were scheduled and finished about when we expected. John is skilled at matching colors for mortar and caulking. Much appreciated.

I could not more highly recommend this company. Professional, personable, kind and prideful of their excellent work. Just a class act. It is nice to find people that care about their service/finished product!
